One customer. Four recurring payments. One dashboard.

How it works

PayList is not a payment processor. Your customers pay you the way they always have. What changes is that you stop keeping track of it in your head.

  1. 1

    Add what people owe you

A customer, an amount, and the day of the month it is due. PayList creates every future payment from that, including the awkward ones like the 31st in February.

  2. 2

    Reminders go out by themselves

Each one carries the amount, the due date, your QR code and a private link to their payment page. You do not write a single email.

  3. 3

They pay you directly, and say so

The money goes straight into your own account, however you already take it. They press "I've Paid". You confirm when you see it land, and the chasing stops.

Everything you need to get paid on time

No invoicing jargon, no chart of accounts, no double entry. Just who owes you what, and when.

Several payments per customer

One customer can have four recurring payments on four different dates, each with its own amount and its own payment method. Most tools force one payment per customer. This one does not.

Reminders that go out on their own

Seven days before, three days before, on the day, then three, seven and fourteen days late. Change any of it. A reminder is never sent twice, and it stops the moment someone pays.

Your QR code, on every reminder

Upload the QR code from your banking app once, whichever bank it is. Customers see it on their payment page and inside every email, so nobody has to ask you for your details again.

Any way you already take money

BPI QR, GCash, bank transfer, cash, or something of your own. Add as many as you like and pick a different one per subscription. Your customer sees the right one automatically.

Customers tell you when they have paid

They press one button. You see the claim, check your account, then confirm or reject it. Nothing is ever marked paid without you saying so.

Part payments handled properly

Someone owes ₱5,000 and sends ₱2,000. The balance drops to ₱3,000 and the next reminder asks for exactly that.

A dashboard you read in seconds

Expected, collected, outstanding, overdue. Then a short list of what needs you today. No accounting jargon anywhere.

A calendar of the money

See the whole month at a glance and spot the weeks where everything lands at once.

Four numbers, then what to do about them

The dashboard answers one question: who needs to pay me, how much, and when. Everything else is a click away, out of the way until you want it.

  • Expected, collected, outstanding and overdue for the month
  • A short list of what needs you today
  • The next payments due, soonest first
  • Customers with several payments, grouped together

What PayList deliberately does not do

It does not process payments, hold your money, or connect to your bank. It will not ask your customers for card details or passwords. Money moves the way it always has, straight from them to you. PayList keeps the record and does the chasing.
